Resource Eociency/ Climate Action
As a result of Government Decision S180/20/10/0434C and the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development
(Amendment) Act 2021 signed into law in July 2021, PPLI is committed to resource eociency and
acknowledges government policy on Resource Eociency and Climate Action in particular e.g. Promoting the
use of Environmental and Social Considerations in Public Procurement (Circular 20/2019). PPLI complies with
Circular 01/2020 for Ofsetting the Emissions Associated with Oocial Air Travel by ofsetting travel emissions
and following internal procedures.
PPLI Climate Action Roadmap outlines PPLI9s activities regarding targets, people, buildings, and ways of
working. PPLI ooce is located in the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) campus, occupying an ooce
in the Grainstore building (BER A3) which recorded 5.39 tonnes CO2 emissions in 2025, a reduction from 7.64
tonnes CO2 in 2024.
PPLI is currently based at The Digital Hub in Thomas Street, Dublin 8.
