Impact:

CoPs strengthened networking among MFL teachers, creating opportunities for collaboration and
resource sharing.

Teachers engaged more deeply with thematic and practical discussions, increasing their conodence and
motivation.
Next Steps:

Use feedback from 2025 CoPs to identify emerging needs and priority areas for teachers.
•
Continue organising both thematic and project-specioc CoPs to provide targeted support and foster
collaboration.
